Rustic ambience, the smell of natural wood and the pleasantly dry room climate at approx. 85° C in the Finnish sauna stimulate your circulation, support the natural cleansing process in your body and promote the build-up of your body's own defences.
In the bio sauna, the temperature is between 45°C and 60°, the humidity around 40%. Supplemented with fragrant, real medicinal herbs, the sauna session in the bio sauna is a real treat for your body and soul.
In the steam bath of our hotel, your skin and respiratory tract will be pampered with 100% humidity. The temperature is 45 degrees, which is gentle on the circulation. Staying just a few minutes has a beneficial effect on joints, muscles, heart and circulation.
Our infrared cabin is very light, so it is also suitable for hotel guests who do not want to use other saunas. And in the harmoniously furnished resting area you can relax between and after the sauna sessions.
